April 10-12, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, TX.Is this event 18+?
Yes, Kink & Ink is strictly 18+ due to the nature of the themes and activities and we will be checking identification at registration.
Tickets & Registration
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else with prior approval or resold.What’s included with my ticket?
Your ticket tier determines what’s included. Check out the tier details on our website.When does registration start?
It varies based on ticket tier. Early registration begins Thursday evening.
Signing Info
Can I bring my own books to the signing?
Yes, but please check each author’s policy regarding outside books.Will books be available for purchase?
Yes, most authors will have books available at their tables but it is recommended to check for preorders to make sure you get the books you want.Can I bring a rolling cart?
Yes, however, carts must be limited to 17x15” to not block the aisles.
Tattoo Info
How do I book a tattoo appointment?
Appointments with featured tattoo artists can be scheduled directly with them. Contact info is available on our website.Can I get tattooed during signing hours?
Yes, tattoo appointments are available whenever the artists would like to schedule them.
Travel & Accommodations
Is there a host hotel?
Yes, we’ve secured a room block at the Hyatt Regency Dallas for $209/night. Booking details will be provided after ticket sales.Is transportation provided for the afterparty?
Transportation to Saturday’s afterparty is included for all attendees.What is the closest airport?
Dallas Love Field is closest airport, but is smaller and not available for all airlines. DFW is the closest international airport.
Panels & Events
What panels will be offered?
We’ll feature panels on dark romance, safety in kink, and guest speakers. Details will be released closer to the event.Are the after-hours events required?
Nope! All evening events are optional but highly recommended for a fun, immersive experience.
Shipping & Logistics
Can I ship books or items to the venue?
Yes, there is a shipping facility on site. For authors and vendors, we have partnered with a drayage company and are contracted at $1 per pound.
Miscellaneous
Will there be food available?
Lunch is provided for signing authors and their assistants. Attendees can purchase food at the venue or nearby restaurants.Will there be security?
Yes, security and EMS will be onsite, and signing rooms will be locked outside event hours.
